La Corte de Constitucionalidad (CC) ha otorgado amparo definitivo al diputado Allan Rodríguez, respaldando su posición para que los 23 diputados electos por el partido Movimiento Semilla se mantengan como independientes. Según esta resolución, estos diputados no podrán constituirse como bloque legislativo dentro del Congreso de la República.
